1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if the gift card code you received is invalid, already used, or does not match the product description. Refund requests must be submitted within the verification window (typically 24 hours after code delivery). Gift cards that have been successfully redeemed are not eligible for refunds.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, navigate to your order details and click the "Report Issue" button. Provide a clear description of the problem and any supporting evidence (such as screenshots showing the code is invalid). Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
3. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be credited to your GiftCardso wallet balance within 1-3 business days. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, please contact our support team. Processing times for payment method refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Dispute Resolution
If there is a disagreement between the buyer and seller, our dispute resolution team will investigate the case. Both parties will be asked to provide evidence. Our team will make a fair decision based on the evidence provided. The decision of our dispute resolution team is final.
5. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for providing valid, working gift card codes. If a seller delivers invalid or used codes, the transaction amount will be refunded to the buyer from the seller's escrow funds. Repeated violations will result in account suspension and potential permanent ban from the platform.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for gift cards that have been successfully redeemed. Buyer remorse or change of mind after successful code delivery is not grounds for a refund. Issues reported outside the verification window may not be eligible for a refund. Price differences between the time of purchase and the time of the refund request are not covered.
7. Wallet Balance Refunds
Purchases made using wallet balance will be refunded to your wallet balance. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Promotional or bonus wallet credits that have been spent are not refundable.
