3. Buying Gift Cards
When you purchase a gift card through our marketplace, you are buying from a third-party seller. GiftCardso acts as a facilitator between buyers and sellers. All purchases are protected by our escrow system, which holds payment until the buyer confirms receipt and validity of the gift card code. Buyers must verify their codes within the specified verification window.
4. Selling Gift Cards
Sellers must provide valid, unused gift card codes. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all listed products are legitimate and accurately described. GiftCardso charges a commission on each successful sale. Sellers who engage in fraudulent activity will have their accounts permanently suspended and funds frozen.
5. Escrow System
All transactions are processed through our escrow system. Funds are held securely until the buyer confirms the gift card is valid. If a dispute arises, our support team will investigate and determine the appropriate resolution. The escrow system is designed to protect both buyers and sellers.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activities. Selling stolen, counterfeit, or already-used gift cards is strictly prohibited. Manipulation of ratings, reviews, or marketplace metrics is not allowed. Any attempt to circumvent our escrow or payment systems will result in account termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on GiftCardso.com, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of GiftCardso or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Brand names and trademarks of gift card issuers belong to their respective owners.
8. Limitation of Liability
GiftCardso is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
